Weighty matters, redux....
Down another 6.2 lbs. This is working and I'm not being that good :O... Cutting out the cokes and sweets really helps. I have found that I prefer the diet Pepsi products over the diet Coke products, which is weird because I prefer regular Coke over Pepsi any day and I have even bypassed an eatery because it is a Pepsi-only shop.

Blue Man Group rocks...
Went to see these guys last night... took the whole fam. It was really cool and a lot of fun. If you get a chance, go out and see them. If you're in Vegas, check out their show. You will be entertained and amazed. Tracey Bonham on some of the vocals is a real talent and "Baba O'Riley" just flat out rocks, even if you're a hard-core Who fan...

Weight loss resources
A couple of sites that I've run across that are great resources for nutrition and WW points information.
This first site is in dire need of a Web 2.0 makeover, but it's still a great source of information --> Dottie's Weight Loss Zone
This one is a bit more professional in it's appearance and also has a wealth of information -->
CalorieKing
I'm sure there are other sites out there, but in general, between these two sites and the WW site, you should be able to find the nutrition information you are looking for.

Weighty Matters II
Word has it that we won't have a meeting/weigh-in this week, so I am not sure of my progress. I can say my scales at home show I've lost more weight and I feel like I have, so I'm gonna go with that. So far I have had no real issues with hunger or cravings. There are some good alternatives for filling up or getting that sweet fix. I'll try to chronicle some of my favs later on.
This week is Texas-OU Week
The big game is Saturday. The Cotton Bowl is evenly divided - one half Sooner Red, the other half, Burnt Orange with the State Fair of Texas as the backdrop. Quite an event and quite the spectacle. Here is a link to a calendar of events --> UT-OU Calendar
