King TUT (Tune-Up Tournament) this weekend! I'll keep you posted on the results, but here's our schedule with some commentary on opponent.

DTWW has one of the best goalies in U15 around, bar none. The last time these two teams played, she scored a goal off a punt and they won 1-0. Pretty amazing...

This is a late game, so it should be cooler. Don't know much about this team, except that they won the U15 division at FlameFest in June.

This was previously Blackwatch Navy, one of the surprise teams of last years
Qualifying Tournament (new teams rarely make it to the second weekend of qualifying). Now part of the Solar club (heh, Solar System?), they were still looking for 1-2 players as late as last week.

Finally, we close with Texas Spirit White. This team has always been competitive, but even my daughter's old team, Sting West was able to hang 3 goals on them in last years qualifier. We will see how each team responds in the last game of a friendlys-only tournament.
